How the Marketing Warrior was Born
In 1998 I published the one-of-a-kind manual, in Language tutor marketing, titled “3 Profitable Weapons for Your Educational Business“.
My purpose was to show the fellow language school owner the alternatives to marketing his school without paying countless amounts of money.
The message I wanted to get across dear friend, was that your small business will not survive if you don’t supply it with some amounts of a driving force to push it forward.
But for you, that driving force won’t be the endless money of a large multinational corporation … it will be the endless energy you’ll find within you to apply the techniques I suggest.
The alternatives that I suggested to my colleagues at the time were in fact the use of the “€commercial Weapons“.
They were the use of the written business plan, epic student customer service and the use of the Internet to promote the tutoring business, which in 1998 seemed like something very IMPOSSIBLE!
And without fully realizing it at the time, the “€commercial Armory” took shape, giving birth to the “€commercial Warrior” afterwards.
Your initiation into Agoralogy and the “education” of the Business Warrior
The “Merchant Armoury” is much more than teaching you how to use the Internet to promote your profession.
It is intended not only to “initiate” you into the principles of Marketing but also to be the starting point for an “education” of TOTAL self-improvement.
Why Agorologia?
Because without these principles, the use of the web does not produce any results.
The Trojan Horse was the medium to bring the Greek warriors inside the walls of Troy. But if they didn’t know how to fight, they were screwed.
The same was true on the commercial battlefield.
The “€Commercial Arsenal” places great emphasis on market penetration via the Internet.
Why?
Because the functions of the virtual store I suggest you set up are exactly the same as those of an offline store, office or any other kind of business.
With only one important, to your advantage, difference … although setting up an effective site requires time, energy and deep knowledge of your industry, it doesn’t require the money that setting up an off – internet business does.
Today’s Ulysses, first sets up his infamous virtual shop or office, to test his ability to attract customers to it.
And he sets up his real store, only, and ONLY when he discovers the proven effective process of attracting customers.
The “EDUCATION” of the €commercial Warrior
The ” €commercial weapons ” are not only strategies and techniques for finding customer acquisition.
They are the training philosophy for the education of the €commercial Warrior.
It is a set of core values, where money is not an end in itself, but the means of achieving your other more important goals.
